Temetria Williams—honored as Fundi Sheba Asantewaa Nguvu, the Promised Goddess of Strength —is a distinguished academic executive, healthcare research specialist, and spiritual leader whose work bridges institutional governance, scientific rigor, and transformative ministry.
As Provost and Chief Operating Officer of the University of Bio‑Vibrational Science, Fundi Sheba provides strategic oversight for the university’s academic infrastructure and student experience. She manages academic records, admissions, and all communication between the institution and its students, including transcript submission, academic procedures, admissions workflow, and course registration.
Working in concert with the University President, she establishes and maintains the Academic Policy and Procedure Framework, ensuring institutional integrity and operational excellence. She also oversees the university’s administrative communication ecosystem—student portals, document submission platforms, email policy, and official academic record systems—while coordinating academic standards and governance across departments.
In her role as a Grants and Contracts Specialist at Memorial Hermann Health System, Fundi Sheba brings analytical precision and regulatory expertise to complex research environments. She prepares analyses and recommendations for grant opportunities by conducting detailed searches of federal and industry‑sponsored research publications and websites.
Her responsibilities include initiating proposal requests, ensuring documentation and compliance, tracking award notifications, monitoring funding and reporting, and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships. She also develops policies and standards related to time management, supply management, quality service productivity, and clinical trial and therapy billing.
A committed mentor, she supports professional development, serves as a preceptor to less experienced staff, and demonstrates a deep commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care.
As an Evangelical Minister of the Apostolic Order, Fundi Sheba serves as a teacher, counselor, and spiritual guide. She leads student orientation, teaches Energetics I and II, and participates in consecration and naming ceremonies. She also facilitates the Meditation Cleansing and Transference process, offering students a pathway to release trauma and embrace mental restoration.
Her ministry supports students in developing self‑sustained life engineering, financial stewardship, and emotional wellness.
Fundi Sheba holds an Associate in Arts in Teaching, demonstrating mastery of academic and social competencies in education. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Liturgical Psychology from the University of Bio‑Vibrational Science, where she deepened her expertise in cognitive behavior, religious studies, and theological psychology.
A devoted mother and widow, Fundi Sheba is blessed with four children—Karega Menelik Nguvu (Gary), Fatima Aaliyah Nguvu (Gabriella), Makeda Imani Nguvu (Graci), and Zuri Penda Nguvu—each carrying a name of profound meaning and legacy. They are her pride, her joy, and her motivation to multiply greatness with unwavering determination.
